2EF3 keeps popping up after spark plug change, and could swapped

Brand new plugs, old plugs were good conditions

I swapped coils 1 and 5

The 2EF3 keeps coming on randomly

7742

These two also came on once but haven't come again.

What can I do? Car drives fine

I am FBO with JB4 (those are JB4 codes)

So that is misfire on cylinder 5 on startup only. It's an emissions code logged in the first 1000 revolutions of the cylinder. Thats why it drives fine. Check and make sure the plug is gapped properly. Only other thing is a leaking injector.
