Do you have coilovers? Some of those have less clearance than stock shocks. Also if the tyre is wider than the wheel edge, then it's the tyre that hits. Any way add 3-5mm spacer and problem solved.

Yes i do have coilovers. I had to use my 15mm or 12mm for the front. My friend said it fit just perfectly, but kind of sticks out too much. Hopefully adding a 5mm would be a better fit. I am running 235/35 on the 9.5. BTW this is a E92. I am currently deployed.

If you go with 19x9.5 et33 with 235/35/19 front and 19x10 et25 with 265/30/19 rear. Only thing you need is fender roll to rear. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...89&postcount=3

so what makes your wheels (VMR) more concave? I love the 718s and the vb3s and want to get as concave as possible... is it the wheel width or offset? I know vb3 is more concave than the 718 by default but what makes it so you can "go crazy with the concavity?"

Width. Wider is more concave. Lower offset is just thicker backside.

I've been asking around trying to get a concurrence on tire fitment.
I'm about to pull the trigger on V810's for my E92 f: 19x8.5 ET 33 R: 19x9.5 ET 35 Fronts will be 245/35/19 and for the rears I would like to run S-04's which only come in 275/35/19 not the usual 275/30/19. Is it stupid/wrong/silly in any way to run the 275/35? The front is lowered about .5 inch on SP perches and the rear is stock height. Rear Fenders are rolled btw

I'm planning to put V710 19x8.5" ET35/19x10" ET38 on my 2011 E92 335i LCI M-sport with F:245/35ZR19 and R:285/30ZR19. Suspension will remain original M-sport, Don't want any fender work and spacer as needed. Will this setup fit my car which is a daily drive with no problem? best regards, Kevin |

e90. I did a test fit (with out tires) and the rim looked to come past of the fender slightly and looked REALLY close to the shocks on the inside, any recomendations on how I can make this set up work and what tire size? Im currently running stock sports suspension. |

Question to the VMR pros
I just got used V703 with the following specs Front: 19x8.5 et40 Rear: 19x9.5 et 35 I'm planning on putting 235x19 in front and 265x19 I have 12mm spacer in front and back and was wondering if there will be any rubbings once I install the wheels/tires in the spring on my pre-lci e93 with stock suspensions?? Thanks, Last edited by moreno1; 03-07-2015 at 05:35 PM.. |
