Cheap and quick downpipe gaskets

So I picked up a set of used AR downpipes from one of the Performance technic builds and needed a quick set of downpipe gaskets for when I slap them on.

Did a quick search and found a couple options used in the past with positive results. Ive seen a lot of downpipes sold the past month on the classifieds and figured this tip could be passed along once again, originally found by Bimmer305 or maybe someone even earlier. Anybody have some more experience with these gaskets after a couple years since the previous post? This seems like it could be a viable temporary option in a pinch, or an accessible cheap stand in for the more expensive AR gaskets.

So from Autozone or Napa auto parts this part number seems to work.
Felpro, part number - 9547

Heres a direct link:

People have been using them for years now. Nothing new.

Just buy OEM ones from the dealer. I did that and had no problems before. Can't find the AR gaskets anymore. Think they went out of business.

Destroyed my DP gasket 2 days after install. I switched to a high temp silicone instead of the traditional gaskets, and it has worked flawlessly for years.

Quick update: 400 miles on the gaskets and everything is perfect. When installing it just took a little bit more setting to make sure they lined up correctly. THUMBS UP
