Anybody else get their BMW Assist cheque today?

Got my apologetic letter from BMW and a cheque for $131.15 today (refund prorated from April 15, 2017). Sounds like they are also giving 2-yrs of roadside assistance as a "token of appreciation" for loyalty.

Not really surprised to hear given E90 guys in the US lost this last year due to AT&T legacy network shutdown, but thought in Canada Bell & Rogers might keep the CDMA & 2G GSM networks around a little longer.

Any more information on this? Do you have to be a subscriber of the service to get the cheque?
