Fault codes

does anyone know what these codes mean ? I was told its most likely the scr tank. On the fence what to do so need advice please.

Not sure about 494A. Likely the glow plug module. As far as the SCR issues, it all depends on the emissions requirements in your area. If you can get away with it I'd have the def system tuned out.
