How do you ACTUALLY perform the reset of the adaptation. The only option I get in ISTA at level 4 is to 'Search' and when I search I see ABL with a white dot. But, when I double click it nothing happens.

Read somewhere that come cables wont allow adaptation resets... could it be? We're using a Bimmer Soft Ware . com cable....

I own a i yes, but this is for a friend who has a 335d. We did the carbon cleaning with wire brushes etc and since then he's been getting swirl flap codes. We can clear them but they come back in 20 miles or so.
