So, I currently have a JB4 on my is and I keep having issues with misfires and going to map 4. I also have the NLS/2 step installed in the ECU box, so I don't want to uninstall the JB4 and lose that feature. I also don't want to deal with that mess in the box and potentially screw something up uninstalling the unit. Could I throw the JB4 into map 0 and do the MHD flash? I really don't want to deal with the whole uninstall process so if it's safe to do, I'd like to flash MHD with JB4 disabled.

You're in the N55 section. I don't think you can do that on our cars but the N54 may be different.
