Anyone interested in euro switch for rear fog light?

Here is the Euro light switch installed in car. If interested, I can uninstall and ship. Photo of cluster has rear fog on (yellow light) and the exterior shot of car has the lights on.

mine doesn't have that "wheel" on the left, what does it do?

It angles the headlights on the euro version. American it doesn't do anything though besides looks super cool to the people that realize that my switch is better than theirs
