DEF tank 4BCC error

I have a 2011 335d with 60K. A few days ago the SES light came on. I scanned the codes and it came back with 4BCC, Passive DEF Tank Sensor Fail.

I know there is an extended warranty for the Active tank (SI B01 23 16) but has anyone had theirs replaced under this warranty for the passive tank?

Take it in. It's the same tank because its one piece.
