Rear Ride Height Question

This is bit of a strange one..... Recently started a new role and the works car park has a very steep ramp which my e93 is struggling to clear. Luckily at the moment I seem to be catching my rear jack points. My side skirts and underneath seem untouched. The obvious thing is to remove the jack points but they are providing a buffer from anymore damage. Being a e93 the back does tend to ride very low. I think the only option is maybe looking into coilovers to raise the ride height.

What are people's thoughts?
