I really enjoyed the first. But then again, I am a huge fan of Guillermo Del Torro!

The sequel certainly appears to follow up with "Giant Warrior Robots vs Giant Alien Monster" mayhem.

the first one was awesome. I don't think this one will be as good as the first.

I liked the first one, it was a visual spectacle on my home theatre system.

I was quite excited when the trailer was announced, and thoroughly disappointed with the trailer. The green screen acting looks awful, and relied upon heavily. Appears to be a cheaper version of the first film. Bummer.
