So I've got a 2009 335i, and I'm looking to fit the widest tires to be as flush as possible with the body on a set of VMR V710's all while being lowered on a set of KW V2s.

I've scoured the internet, but I haven't been able to find a straight answer. The setup I'm planning on running are

19 x 8.5 et 35 on a 235/35/19

and

19 x 9.5 et 33 on a 265/30/19

Is this as flush as I can possibly get it without rubbing while only lowered enough to eliminate the gap? Can I increase the wheel width/offset or add any spacers?

Bonus: What about without the fenders rolled?

With those offsets I think you have room for a spacer (maybe up to 10mm?), BUT my experience is with pre-LCI sedan, which allows for wider offsets/fitment, so may not be fully accurate for you.

Why not go with those sizes, then see how much of a spacer you can add based on the gap that's left?

I might head this route and see how the fitment is with

19x9.5 et33 with 235/35/19

19x10 et25 with 265/30/19

But, I don't believe I'd be able to drop the suspension at all and still have no rub.

Edit: just saw an example in that thread with one user able to drop it by a decent amount.

'08 335i w/ M3 #220 wheels, 8.5x19 ET29, Michelin 235x35x19 front & 9.5x19 ET23, 265x30x19 rear. It was already lowered when I bought it so I have no idea what was done , although I wish it was a little higher in the rear. Yesterday I cleaned the trunk out & it raised it between 5/16"-3/8" in the rear. I even took the spare out but ordered a space saver spare. As expected the tires rubbed in the rear at first so I flared the fenders by putting a baseball bat between the tire & the fender & drove back & forth....

10x19ET40 with 285 30 19 or 295 30 19 depending on tire shape

you will need to shave the fenders and will be super flush even lowered

on front 255 35 19 9x19 et30

You should probably look for someone who's had a lot of wheels and be deemed fitment king or something on the forums. He/She may be able to answer all those.

We have tested quite few wheel fitments on the E92 3 series and know that a 9" ET30 is a direct fit up front with 255 tires. Therefore, when comparing that to the 8.5" ET35 you should be able to run a 12mm spacer up front. In the rear, many of our E92 customers run a 9.5" ET22 with a small fender roll. Therefore, you should be able to run a 10mm or 12mm spacer in the rear as well with your 9.5" ET33 wheels. Fender roll would be recommended.
