Help with Instrament Clsuter Coding

I have a dead tachometer in my '08 e90 335Xi. I have tried to repair it to no avail. I am at the point now where I am ready to replace the whole instrument cluster with a functional one. Do any of you know of a service that will sell pre-programmed replacement clusters?

Have you tried to repair the worm gear in the servo? I have someone who can repair it without swapping the whole cluster and avoid any coding/EEPROM replacement.
