I've replaced practically everything on this car and was planning to keep it for quite a while longer however I have a growing family and needed to switch to a larger vehicle.

I have receipts for most parts, all purchased within the last few years. I'm in the process of moving so I will summarize mods off the top of my head. My paperwork is in a box somewhere but I will find it for an interested buyer.

Car has only had synthetic oil changes every 5k since I took ownership and all scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Installed within the last year:

- New apex arc-8 wheels and contisport contact tires 18x9, 18x10 with stud conversion
- New bavsound audio upgrade with sub
- Paint refreshed with restore fx
- All spark plugs and coilpacks replaced
- New 335is clutch installed
- Stoptech front brake pads, rotors and stainless steel lines

Since taking ownership:
- walnut blasted
- new stage 1 vargus turbos (old turbos had wg rattle)
- bmw performance exhaust w/ cf tips
- led angel eyes and full interior lights
- upgraded downpipe, fmic, piping, bov, bms filters
- jb4 g5 w/ backend flash
- kw v2 coilovers
- full m3 multilink suspension components
- new waterpump
- m3 rep front bumper and sideskirts, msport rear bumper with bmw performance difuser
- mfactory lsd

$15k or best reasonable offer. Car will be sold certified and etested. This is a great deal for someone looking to get into a clean modded car and needs nothing.

I prefer to sell as is, if the car doesn't sell then I will consider parting out. Price decreased to $13k.

The parts on the car add up to more than that. Great deal for someone looking for a complete car with all major maintenance completed.

I would probably do a part-out, you will make some more money and get them to trade stock parts + cash if you dont have any stock parts left
