easiest way to get in touch with Jason or Evan is via pm. Seriously, sometimes I don't even check the threads that I started, so it's easy for me to miss questions that other posters have posed if they don't pm me.

I've dealt with the Tischer duo on numerous occasions, and they've offered me nothing but great customer service.

To give you an example of Tischer's service, last time I send both Jason and Evan a pm regarding some items that I was about to purchase. Jason replied right away and answered my question. about 1-2 weeks later, I got a pm from Evan, replying to my pm, turns out that he was on vacation, but still replied back to me when he got back to make sure that my question was properly answered. So, don't be shy, shoot them a pm or two!
