How, and what's the easiest way to adjust ST coilovers on e92?

I purchased a set of coilovers and had them installed at a shop last season.
I just bought a set of new wheels and would like to adjust the height accordingly.

I've searched the forums but haven't found anything recent that was detailed.
I am learning and would like DIY tips/help.

Now, I know there's a coilover wrench that came with the kit.

Do I just simply turn the collar on both fronts and rears to adjust the height?

Also, is turning right = raising the height
turning left = lowering the height?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Clockwise = lower, counter clockwise = raise.

This is correct. Some models have an allen screw on the perch you need to loosen first. And adjust when the car is on jacks to take weight off springs = makes it easier.

Late reply, but what;s the best thing to do if the rear perch is spinning as well?
