How does it compare to the 7.5 stepped FMIC? I was told to upgrade my 5' to the stepped one due to stage 2 turbos.

Not sure if the 7.5" has higher density fins, but I do know that it will need more cutting. The 7" will require only trimming. The 5" will require neither. My understanding is that the 7.5" is preferred for high HP single turbo applications and may introduce more lag in smaller turbo applications compared to the other two.
