I need to replace my rear bumper cover, used damaged ones run at $200 and most have the mounting tabs broken. New BMW are $600.
Rockauto list one for $100, anyone have any experience of these?

Without looking I would wager that it’s made of fiberglass, you get what you pay for.

I don’t think anybody here has ever used something from rock auto...
I’d say look for a PU or PP bumper, that means made out of polyurethane or polyprylene
Similar materials as OEM
As for the fitment and best price thats up to your own researching
But again you get what you pay for wether its a fiberglass bumper, or pre painted bumpers
All really depends with the quality you want on your car

But how much is shipping? I used to buy stuff from rockauto for other cars in the past, but stopped because most of the time shipping ended up putting the price higher than having OEM parts shipped.
