I need a (in car) N54 head removal DIY

I need to change a bent connecting rod and it seems like I have to pull the head since I don't think I can get a piston back in from the bottom (wish I could just drop the crank). So now I am looking for a good DIY for pulling the head with the engine in the car. I have no lift, stand or room so I would rather not pull the motor out. I already have the sub frame off and the bottom totally open.

P.S. I know I will need to put the sub frame back temporarily to support the engine since it is hanging by the head now.
