Lowering springs

Hi, I'm looking to lower my e92 on some H&R lowering springs. My question is roughly how low can I go without running into rubbing? My current setup is 18x9.5 ET22 in the front and 18x10.5 ET22 in the rear.

Those are E9X M3 specs, how are you running them on your 328? Either the tires are super stretched or you have a widebody... 18x9 ET30 barely fits up front on a non-M

I have stock ride height. If you're lowered more than an 1 1/2 you're gonna have to roll/pull fenders.
