You gotta take advantage of the little promo offers they do in the app. Come in 6 times and get all the bonus stars etc and stack up those rewards. My grande triple white mocha is 5.50 I believe.

Fun fact if you only cared about waking up and didn't know, Iced coffee has more caffeine then the regular espresso drinks. Can save a bit of money by going iced coffee or cold brew.

Things must have changed because i have seen donation bins for the troops. Also I think the story you heard was fake news!

For comparison - some Starbucks prices in Russia (translated into US dollars, St. Petersburg region)
Venti Caramel Macchiato Blonde - $5.2
Grande Mocha Blonde - $4.69
Grande Americano - $3.53

Those. prices are about the same. I would not say that prices are overpriced compared to other cafes, but I personally don’t like Starbucks because in St. Petersburg there are much more comfortable cafes.

My daily coffee is from Starbucks large Pike Place $2.65 taste is fine. When I feel spendy go for their medium Caffe Lathe $3.95 their pastry and sandwiches can get expensive though.
