If it's virginized, is it now plug and play? My car is in KM so I'm looking to get it switched to MPH

Would still need to be default coded. There's no such thing as a replacement plug and play cluster. Even a brand new cluster from BMW needs to be coded to the car to write your VIN and VO to it to work error free.
