so finally pulled the plug and bought a 335i.... old lady car, all maintanence records, babied.... 2007. white/black interior.
let the mods and fun begin soon....

118k clean as a pin...but does have the common jerk/surge when taking off under moderate acceleration...so im researching all that now. but when it smooths out man its got some power....

I wish I would have seen this thread last year as I would have suggested getting the 335is DCT.

I'm maxed out on my stock turbos pushing close to 500hp and probably going to upgrade my turbos eventually and man I wish I had that DCT

pardon for being dumb on the language still, what is DCT? or the 335is?

335is = DCT dual clutch transmission. Basically same transmissions in all the M cars more or less.
