E92 rear led strip

In the door and rear seat there is led light strip that is on when headlights are on. In the rear on one side the lights have stopped working.
How do I fix this ? New light strip and if so where do I buy and how do I install?

Poc is of working lights so to show where I'm talking about

Can only be accessed with the removal of the panels, careful removing the LED fitting from the optic tube as the optics are extremely fragile and break easily.
