BMW coding dot com dead?

I need to download a FSW_PSW file which is hosted on BMW coding dot com, but I can't because my account is awaiting moderation approval even though I registered months ago. The whole site seems buggy and not maintained, as well as very few new posts...is it dead? Anyone know who ran it, and whether they're still active?
