I didn’t realize Motiv had a flex fuel system for MHD. Beyond the flex fuel connector and sensor/line kit, what else is needed? Which line kit do you prefer, full feed line or short engine bay kit? Does it make a difference for only going for 550-600whp? I will be upgrading to the ACF single turbo kit with the 5862 gen 2 turbo.

Can you utilize the flex fuel system with the OTS stage 2+ maps? I’d like to upgrade to it and the spool performance overdrive system before I get the new turbo in.

Subbing to this thread as I have the same questions, only for a custom tune through MHD.

Also, where can I find the ACF kit for sale and info on it?

You need at least the ethanol content sensor, the Motiv Flex Fuel box, MHD flex fuel module paid for on the app(it won't register any ethanol or look for it without this module, after purchasing you just use the normal OTS Ver 8 maps) and either the engine bay or full fuel line kit. I just ran the full hose because Ethanol can eat eat way at certain plastics and stuff if they aren't made for it.

I'm sorry to revive an old thread. I've been looking everywhere and can't find my answer, but can the motive flex fuel kit be run with a jb4 on map 5 with a mhd back end flash?

I believe I have seen posts where Terry Burger said he has a custom flash or firmware if you are running the Motiv flex fuel box.
