Tie rod rubbing against some bar

Anyone know what the name of this bar is, my outer tie rod is rubbing against it and don't know why. This is happening on both driver front and passenger front

Is this an alignment issue? Can anyone help.

Im lowered on coilovers

That's the driveshaft and the sway bar (arb) droplink. My guess is that you've got your struts on the wrong sides - they're not symmetrical.

The fact that at least one of the bolts holding the subframe to the body is missing may have something to do with it too.

I can see a 1" or larger gap between the subframe and the frame rail where one of the mounting bolts goes in.
