e90 2005 high cluster retrofit problems

hello

i have change my low cruster to a high one (335 cluster)
i have let someone change vin and code it for me
but i have problems

(picture from google)

the needle, when i put cruise control doesnt move, and tempomat_anz_dauer i set this to wert_02, doesnt work too. doesnt show what speed cruisecontrol i set.
the heat in right, the stripes doesnt move too on cluster

My cruise control is retrofitted later, didnt have from factory.

What can the problem be?

(someone said my cruise control isnt coded into ABS SENSOR, not good coded to car)

As far as I am aware, only the M3 have the drive motor installed in the clocks to activate the moving redline in the E9* series cars...

Sure I have read this somewhere??.

Your cluster doesn't have dynamic redline, only M3 clusters have them in the E9x model line

I am considering taking a donor cluster. To transfer the drive motor and the ring from cruise control and try to encode it. I've seen a friend move but it doesn't work properly. Maybe incorrect coding.

Anyone advanced on the subject?

If you have a diesel, you can set the redline to a certain point but it will not move as the engine heats or cools. So you can set it to go to 5k or whatever your redline is but thats it.

I have heard that for proper operation only gasoline. but how the 5th series works on diesel cars.

There must be a way

I can only reference US spec cars but as far as I can tell, the variable redline, either controlled by coolant temp (non M applications) or oil temp ( M applications) requires a DME signal to a specific address in the KOMBI.

EU spec E9x Alpina diesels have a functional redline but they have also a Alpina specific DDE that supplies that signal. That same Alpina E9x cluster will function correctly in my petrol 335i but it will not function in a 335d.
