Dealer Ista software update fail: replace FZD

Hi, dealer tried to update my modules software version, but Ista does not let to update. It says that FZD needs to be replaced first, but module itself seems to work ok. Did anyone had such issue?

I tried updating FZD with Winkfp, it says Update successful, but if I check identification with Inpa I see the same ZB number. If I go to Winkfp it suggest to update again to the new version from old.
How do I see if update was successful? And why the module was not updated even though it said update successful?

There's no new update available for it then, winkfp determined that the current software file for the FZD is the newest. You can try updating sp-daten files to see if that'll give you a newer file.

Winkfp gives update always. My FZD version is "9209525" I have updated to "9225464". And I dont see this number being changed in Inpa, If I try to update it again I get again same popup "9209525"->"9225464", shouldn't it sugest to update "9225464"->"9225464" instead? so update was successful but for some reason it did not update it?

Open up winkfp configuration and make sure UIF update in comfort mode is checked. If this is not checked then INPA UIF will not be updated after flashing.

It worked, only concern is that WinKFP said "1time remaining". Will the dealer be able to update now all modules with ISTA/P? I have updated FZD to latest version so ISTA should not suggest to update it?

Also I went to another garage which tried to update all modules with ISTA/P, update started, CAS was updated, but after that update stopped (at JBE), they did not know what was the issue. Any ideas?
