SALUTATIONS
I have a bmw 328xi 07 automatic sedan

In April I went into the BMW dealership in Hartford Connecticut the factory recalls we're done in the meantime I asked for a Diagnostics that was never done upon recommendation on BMW service provider I knew a new insert a new cas module was installed

Then a few days later BMW service provider called me and says all the parts were installed for the ke &y the new key was stuck inside the insert

I had to pay 1300 plus 250$ for toe smh

So having a few mechanics look @ it this was done so far & still no crank no start


Things tested & done

1] check battery

2] switch battery switch new

3]checked starter switch
starter checked all the fuses all of Grouned

4]check all the relays
all are good

5] check power to the starter
got power going to the starter

6]check ground to the starter
got ground

7]check the ignition wire to the starter no power to the crank check battery

8] wires for voltage got power and both wires battery voltage is good

9]change three broken hoses change
2 THAT WERE FACTORY RECALLS FROM DEALERSHIP

10]New the serpentine belt

11] clean the engine ground got power to the engine engine grounding

12]checked all the connectors electronic connectors

13]check engine relay good

14] try to start the car neutral didn't work

15]disconnected & connected IBS try to start it nothing happens

BMW dealership installed parts

2 factory recalls blower PVC

New key
New key fob
New insert
New cas module

What is the code for the key error that you see in your code reader?

It has no code just showing the key symbol on the dash & the key fob gets stuck a little
