Intermittent lack of power
Car has started to be sluggish sometimes at low rpm's. I've read a bunch of posts but wanted to ask if any of these scan codes could be related. Any advice on where to start is appreciated. Car is deleted via tune. I was going to replace all vac lines regardless.

The code I have is 4868. The egr is physically still there just tuned out. Ditto for dpf. I replaced all the vac lines but same problem. I followed a YouTube video on testing - first step was to disconnect a line off the turbo actuator the one at the back near firewall. When pressuring the left side of that it i can get the pressure up but then it falls slowly. Video says should hold. On the right side when hooked up I start the car and get no pressure.

Im pretty sure tuning the DPF out and leaving it place is not supposed to be a thing. Tuning it out would stop regens, so it would just clog up with soot.

The car was tuned 3 years ago and it's been running fine since. For the past 2 years it hasn't been getting used much and rarely long highway runs which I know isn't good. It's a jr tune, and I was told at the time this would be fine, but may experience dpf problems down the road. Now that it's happening, and doing more reading, I certainly wish I'd never left them on but the goal at the time was to keep the sound/smell stock. I asked jr about the regen and haven't gotten an answer yet. Is it possible for it to regen still? What if I request a manual one through Carly. I've ordered some replacement parts so I'll update when those arrive and tune will be modified as well.
