Will I need to retune after installing catted downpipe?

Hey everybody, I got my 2009 335i tuned after getting new injectors, pure 600 turbos and a VRSF catless down pipe to 3 inch straight pipe all the way to the end.

I wanted to get a high flow catted. Because my gf gets really bad nausea when she smells the fuel. So I really wanted to do her a solid, and help her out a bit by getting a high flow cat so the smell are gone, or at least down some.

I was thinking just getting the VRSF High flow cat variant of the the catless one. but I'm not too sure if I have to get it retuned since the car was tuned while it was catless. I tried finding a forum that gave me a straight answer but no-one has one. Also wanted to get a new catback valved exhaust, which is basically a straight pipe but with the valves. I was thinking the Bomiz Valved catback exhaust. I really am stumped and wanted to know from the community if there are any better ideas, or maybe any other highflow downpipes anyone is using. (just wanted to make sure I don't fuck the engine.) otherwise here is a mod list incase this gives an idea of what I'm running:

With high flow cats you wont have a problem. You will slow down the spool up but will likely not even notice.
