Heading is supposed to read Sandblaster"
Have you seen this? https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-23...aster_p6290557 Wonder if it will do valves. The price is right. Happy to give it a try. Can 3D print the adapter. Btw During the week I dumpster dived at work. I often scouter our scrap metal bin for aluminium. Found a puma P18h air compressor. Took it home. Changed plug, adjusted governor, replaced plug cap, made gasket for one of the compressor's cylinder heads. Now i have a145psi 60L compressor. |

That's the same blaster a lot of us in the U.S. use, ours is sold by Harbor Freight. You have to get a wand adapter for it, but it works, I used it on mine. Every once in a while you have to give it a little shake to keep the media outlet covered, otherwise it stops spraying shells.

Why go to all the trouble, Aussie?
Walnut blast is only needed every few years and is not expensive Is also easy to screw up ..... like the guy who shorted out his alternator cranking over the pistons and the guy that filled up his cylinder with shell grit.... |

It's just a rigid tube, either aluminum or copper, about 12-16" long. The gun that comes with the blaster you linked looks a little different than ours, so you'd have to get a little creative at your local home improvement store to adapt it.
I don't know if this one will fit that blaster gun, but this is what it basically looks like https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw-n54-vacuum-blaster-adapter-genuine-bmw-81292208033?ads_cmpid=6448056600&ads_adid=79618516 000&ads_matchtype=&ads_network=u&ads_creative=3775 45097725&utm_term=&ads_targetid=pla-329580089961&utm_campaign=&utm_source=adwords&utm_ medium=ppc&ttv=2&gclid=CjwKCAiAm-2BBhANEiwAe7eyFK4I8fSxXn3iqTNmplnIN8-wYQbescI4QbYb6U11YWOvRaRaz6ouRhoCrvUQAvD_BwE |

Socket,
I have this terrible affliction that causes me to self sabotage and try everything once. My vast collection of tools will attest to that. Did I mention that I wrapped my car I hope to be cured someday..... I burned out a Jeeps (my father in laws) coil pack once while cranking an engine over with the HT leads disconnected. Who knows, I may have learned that lesson. What does it cost to have it done in Australia? |
