PE mod

I have a 2010 N54 335xi and was interested in doing maybe PE mod and catless downpipes. Is the drone too much with this setup? Any help would be great!

Cliff notes - no, it's perfect. Though I had an exhaust shop 'sleeve' the muffler internals rather than replace the pipe.
