Classic idler pulley issue?

The noise from this during cold start, goes away when engine warms up.

Safely assume it's the upper/lower idler pulleys?? Tensioner and belt were replaced by previous owner from looking at dealer service records.

Just an update if anyone interested. It was related to a t-bolt on intercooler that was rubbing the serpentine belt and scoring it. Adjusted the t-bolt clamp and replaced belt, noise gone.
