Just got my new car...Acid Rain?

Hi just picked up my new 335xi and I have the black sapphire paint. I ordered the ultimate zaino kit and started working on it yesterday. I brought it inside at our shop and after claying it I notice what looks like water marks all over the car. I talked to a local detailer and he said it was acid rain. The claying didn't remove them, I have some Meguiars Scratch X and it works but it takes a few coats to completely remove them.
If this is acid rain is there an easier way to remove them, I have also ordered some Menzerna Nano Polish PO106F, will this work better.

Now when/if I remove them will the Zaino Z2/Z5 help protect from this, what is a good preventive system to keep them at a minimum. If I didn't bring the car inside I would never have noticed them.
Thanks

do you have machine to use with Menzerna? It's a great polishing but it takes some time to break down even with Porter-cable/Flex DA. If you want to do just the hood/roof maybe it's OK, worst come to worst you end up with Popeye's arm

I don't mind putting some effort into it this time.
Are you saying I'm going to get tired so just do the hood/roof or doing the sides is a bad idea?

I believe Menzerna polish are made to be used by machine (rotary or random orbit), to maximize it's potential.
It can be done by hand, I've seen someone done it.

I'm getting them out slowly. If I leave them will they cause more damage or is that all they will do.
I'm planning to by a PC polisher or get a detailer to do it, but not right away.

i wouldn't use that polish by hand. It takes quite a while for even rotaries to break it down. You'd be rubbing it around an hour in one section before you get it to be done working. I strongly suggest you get any machine polisher to use the Menzerna on or ask the detailer to use 106FF on your car. It's good stuff!

Hm. Acid rain pitting is very uncommon - I do see it, but it requires some seriously nasty rain to literally bake on the car. Leaving them won't cause more damage, but if you're getting them now no sealant or wax will really prevent them, maybe mitigate them.

I don't know what else it could be. Outside no matter how hard I look I can't see them but under the lights inside you can see them. Like I said before I clayed it and used Scratch-X and they came out a bit.
I wish I never brought it inside...

I'm in the process of sealing/waxing it now. Man is it looking good but it's killing me that I know their there.
