500HP M57 330d?
Hello e90 community. I have skowered the internet for a little while on getting 500hp out of a bmw 330d e90 with the m57. At the moment it is running 368 but looking for more. The only m57's that I've seen running 500+ have been from the 35d which is obviously a twin turbo in comparison to the 30d with the single, it is hybridised but I saw that the newer n57 330d can run 500hp? Is there any difference really in the tuning capabilities? Would the car need to be converted into a twin turbo compound setup like the 35 or can a bigger turbo and supporting mods be put on? Thanks!

from speaking with my tuner as a 35d owner he said himself that the single turbo setup is more reliable, the only thing going to 500bhp that you'll need to focus on the most is good cooling hence why there's a lot of failure still going on as people upgrade their turbos and run a stage 1 fmic which isn't sufficient nor adequate for those power levels.
Supporting mods for stage 2 + upgraded cooling + better turbo i.e to carry u to 500bhp and some fueling mods i.e. r90 fuel pump and m50d sensor |

Fuel pump which I'm gonna order and fit. Then just a tune. Anything over 450 I need m50d injectors and sensor and turbo (I think) and 500 is the limit for the diesels I think. |
