Oil in Charge Pipe

So for starters... my turbo blew and I am replacing it. I noticed after taking everything off there were some metal flakes(really small) in the oil filter and whatnot. When taking my Charge Pipe off to clean out the intercooler (VRSF 7.5'' stepped) I noticed a decent amount of oil in there. No oil was on the passenger side of the intercooler. I'm a little concerned there may be more issues other than the turbo so I am reaching out just in case someone knows about this.

Do you still have enough oil to send for analysis? If so, elevated copper might point to rod bearings which on N55 are issues if there is brief oil starvation (usually they will granade if OFHG change is botched).
