Hello fellow 3 series owners. I have just noticed a weird rattle that is quite loud and is occuring only when speeds are exceeding 100kmh/60mph. Sounds like a bolt is vibrating. I’m certain those are not wastegates that are rattling. Sounds like it’s coming from the bottom of the A pillar or somewhere in the glove box area. It is driving me nuts. I did apply gummi pfledge to all the rubber seals a week ago. What could this be?

It sounds like something is either in the HVAC blower assembly or in the area below it. I would start by removing the panel below the glovebox and see if you can see anything in there. There are many videos on how to do this on youtube.
