For help with INPA to DWAI/SINE module
Neither my clown nose is not blinking nor the signal light blinking when the car is locked. My mechanic used ISTA to check and the DWA and SINE modules are "disconnected" (see pic). But he is not dare to fix it.
I sincerely would like to ask how I could re-initialize the modules through INPA? Thanks a lot! |

They aren't disconnected but they contain error codes. Your mechanic should look at the codes.
When they are not found/disconnected the module will show up in red. |

Use INPA to identify the modules in your car. You should have a UIF and/or Status button. Odds are, they won't show it either. If it doesn't, then you don't have a factory alarm installed....

Decode the specs of your car and it will tell you whether it came with alarm.
I remember reading that Alarm is not standard in all countries.

Looking at the photos of the error, it is very likely that you do not have DWA/ DWASINE.

Hey guys some update...
struggling for a few months... I decided to take it back to the dealer for diagnosis... It turned out to be wiring problem, they check the wire from the interior mirror to the tail light. It is caused by a loosen plug near the tail light... problem fixed and feel reborn! Thanks for all the help. |

Alarm not working
Hi, I seem to have the exact same problem, can you provide more details on the exact connector that was loose e.g. connector number or exact location or anything else that would guide me to the problem?
Thanks in advance |
