Is it too early to install ecu??

I have around 850km on my 335i v81dme...
I've done my first oil change and I did break it in gradually after 400km...

The highest i've rev to after oil change so far is 6500rpm..
Car feels damn good..

Is it too early to put in an ECU piggyback @ 1000km?
Or wait a bit to 2000km...
