Just Installed Doomsday - WOW!

Got my PROcede yesterday and took the afternoon off to install it today. It's essential to view the install video on youtube several times to make sure that you know what to expect. For convenience, here it is:

Once we had it in, we double, triple checked all connections - make sure the ground is tight and secure, we started the car, and viola - no codes!

Made two WOT runs - one with Map 1 and the other with Map 2 using homelink. Noticed the increase in torque immediately.

Went to dinner, and made 2 more runs - again with both maps. This time - the car pulled like a rocket! It felt like there was some adaptation that took place between runs because the later runs felt stronger.

I have driven the new M3, and I can say that my 6-speed will give it a run for the money - at least down low.

When you take a look at the harness and the engineering that has gone into this unit, you'll understand what you've been missing.

I have driven one other tune, and I can say that the PROcede feels decidely better in all rev ranges, has smooth delivery and is guanteed to put a smile on your face!

Thanks Shiv!

Yep; I'm really glad Shiv convinced me to swap my V3 wiring harness for the PnP harness. Thanks Vishnu!

Thanks for the review. I'm glad to hear doomsday still gives you the "oh shit" effect.

Talking to many clients that have our DPs on all different types of tunes. I hear the most positive things about V3. Good work Vishnu!

I'm just curious, but was there a cost increase for the swap?

With people upgrading to V3, you can find tons of V1/V2 wires from these owners. You can build you're own V3 by intercepting 3-4 more pins or build your own downpipe fix with them.
