are they the same?

so heres the products that i have at the moment:
-megs 3 step product
-mothers california gold sealer and glaze (step 2 from their 3 step ultimate wax system)

so i've been thinking of buying a better polish cause the one i have at the moment -just does not cut it. i'm thinking of buying menzerna po106ff because a lot of people recommend them.the thing is i've read somewhere in the other posts that it is usually reffered as intensive polish however i could not find it here www.waxit.com.au

all they have is Menzerna Final Finish OEM Hi-Cut PO106FF

the question is : is menzerna intensive polish po106ff v menzerna final finish po106ff the same thing?

also do you guys think i need to buy better waxes? i think that megs 3 step wax is quite easy to apply and remove and still provide good finish but then again i dont have many experience with detailing so my "good" might be your "bad"

lastly, if i use megs 3 step + mothers seal in conjunction with menzerna polish which one should i skip?

Menzerna products can have different names from different distributors. PO106FF is the product code.

lets put it this way on every single detail forum i have ever been on they all use menzerna sometimes 3m.. i personally just started using a makita and i have had nothing but great results with menzerna.. i haven't used anything else..but from everything i have read from the top detailers on autogeek or detailersdomain they all love menzerna the most by far..

waxes are all subjective..but some do sheet/bead better than others. and some do add a deeper gloss and more depth. i am a huge fan of Swissvax concourso..i think swissvax just has some AWESOME products!!! they are not cheap but they are without question top of the line..but be careful you'll get the detailing bug like a lot of us have.. i have spent around 3k in the last month or so on supplies!!!!

By the way...

The "Super Intensive Polish" (SIP) that everyone's raving about here is the P085RD3.02, which is called "Intensive Polish" in Europe (and on the 32-oz bottle I got from Detailed Image.

The P106FF is variously known as "Nano-Polish" and "Ceramic Clearcoat Polish" etc...

The Menzerna miracle-products are "heavy" polish P085RD3.02 and finishing polish P0106FF. They're both new and supposedly formulated for ceramic clear coats (the "OEM" line) but work fantastically on just about everything.

Looking at the waxit link you posted, you want to get the "Final Finish OEM Hi-Cut PO106FF" finishing polish (which has a pretty respectable cut, btw) and the "Intensive Polish OEM PO85RD3.01" (what we call SIP) if you have serious correcting to do.

Both of these are really only going to be effective if applied by machine, even if only a PC 7424 or similar. You don't need a rotary to get good results.
