Trip to Vegas.....And my iDrive F*ckin Up
So i went to Vegas yesterday with my girlfriend for her sisters wedding. Driving over there was cool, no traffic, and it was w.e. Arriving there was coo too, seeing as it was my first time there. Only saw one BMW enthusiast(spelling error prob.), a red E46 M3 on Black Lms. Gave me so gave one back.
Well after leaving my car at the vallet, when i picked it up later that night, around maybe 11, 1130, i wanted to look for a jack in the box, so i hit up the iDrive and look it up. Everythings coo untill i started driving for a bit. iDrive completely shuts down on me, bluetooth, aux. connection, everything but the car itself and the ac. So first im like wtf, turn off the car, turn it back on, everythings ok. Start driving, boom, turns off after like 2 minutes of driving. Now im pissed, thinking maybe it could be the heat, so after getting JIB, went back and tried not to think about it. Woke up this morning, turned on the car, was about to look for a iHop, and shuts down again. This time though, even after turning the car off then on, it didnt turn back on(iDrive). So i feel like killing somebody at the moment. Then we went to eat, turned the car on, the iDrive works, but....but....But for some damn reason whenever i put the freakin car in reverse, it started beeping as if i didnt put on my belt Oh, and then the iDrive shutsdown again!!!! this time the, um, sorry cant think of the name, but where it shows how many mpgs u have left or ur average mph, it has a sos thing with a line crossing through the middle. So idk wtf to do, im going to BMW of riverside tomorrow, cuz i just got home, and halfway here, the iDrive worked....then shutdowned around Applevalley. Has this happened to ne one before??? Hopefully things get solved tomorrow. Untill then, this is me:cry :

that happened to me once a while....the idrive shuts down when i start the car....just the AC and basic trip computer.....no radio, navi, climate (basic AC), no communitcation (besides my phone was connected to the idrive tho)
then i parked my car for about 10-15 mins....start it up again...bam....no prob at all....like normal.... i heard it was some sort of bluetooth module issue....searching within the "navi-idrive" section...there are a few threads about similar problem.... i need to get to dealership to fix it sometime.... ------------------ this is definately not caused by valet parking....and to OP...please break ur story into a few paragraphes....thanks....hope your problem be fixed soon!
