Paint 335i calipers without being tacky

I'm considering painting the calipers on my E92 335i when I rebuild them. The colour will of course be that particular shade of blue - I think it's called Estoril blue.

I'm worried this will make my car look tacky. But what do you think, will it look cool instead?

Will look good I'm sure. But don't put a decal on them as it doesn't suit the 335i calipers.

I was seriously considering some MSport decals but am not so sure now. Are they reserved for M cars?

I did mine in Monte Carlo blue which I think was pretty close to what the M performance callipers are.

Ignoring the advice from the cousins I did apply a decal. Here's how mine turned out

I’d say as above would look fine with the M logo.
