PROcede weird problem, V3, most likely adaptation related...
Sent an email to Shiv but got no response yet. They're probably busy so I thought I'd share it here:
Email to Shiv from yesterday: "I installed V3 last Friday, no issues until today. What was different today than ever before is that I just got my AE catless exhaust installed. I also have UR catless DPs. I went for a quick cruise this evening and did some high/low boost runs. At one point, not sure if it was low or high boost map (think it was the high boost one), when i hit the gas in 3rd gear going about 70-80, i got a feeling that the car would start boosting and literrally a few milliseconds into it, it would cut out boost. This happend 2 times in a row. I waited for about 10-20 seconds before flooring it again. I floored it again and got a half-engine light (power wasn't reduced, just the light was there). I checked for any codes and there were none. I'm sure this code reader works as I used it before and I would see the 420/430 codes for catalytic converters before I ran with O2 simms. I've been running with UR catless DPs and V2 and O2 simms for about 2-3 weeks now, no issues. Installed V3 and installed the O2 simms into your harness, no issues until this evening when the half-engine light appeared. Do you know what this is? Could the car need more adaptation? After I stopped and restarted the car I did quite a few more runs, the same way, and no issues. Should I reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for an hour or just leave as is and see if I get that problem again?" Today, I've been driving it pretty hard as well, no issues so far. I didn't reset the battery. Overall, I'm extremely happy with V3...a lot smoother than V2 and can't beat PnP. On top of that, finally I got a map for a catless setup with an open element intake loaded...car pulls like nuuuuts ![]() |

Are you running the proper map for downpipes? If the issue has disapeared, it might have been a spot of bad gas. Keep me updated via pm please.
