335D Clicking From Tank Area, No Start
Just purchased a 2011 335D off a friend of mine, it has been parked for 3-4 months due to a no start.
Supposedly the car is tuned (still has DPF), and ran well until it wouldn't start. When car is unlocked, or ignition is put in on position there is a clicking sound from the rear of the car, around the tank area. Feels like it is clicking instead of priming. I am waiting for my Carly to arrive so I can scan for codes and run diag on it. Anybody experience this before or have any suggestions where to start digging? 2011 335D with about 320,000km. |

There is a fuel pump module behind the right rear seat outer bolster. Make sure the cable coming off of it going towards seat bottom is properly plugged in. I agree previous poster about LPFP. The module I mention sends power to this same FP.
