Steel Spare Wheel for an e9x?
I picked up new 17” Bridgestones from Costco to replace my Pirelli run flats. My previous front run flats still have good tread so I kept one as a future spare. But I now need a 17” wheel now to complete the spare package.
I’m not easily finding steel wheels that will fit my e91. Is there such a thing? Ideas greatly appreciated! |

FYI, I found a used BMW 285 rim locally on car-part.com for $65.00. It was ”condition B” rated with a few minor curb rashes. $15 at a local shop for mounting my one of my still well treaded old run flat, and a $24 Harbor Freight scissors jack and I’m set with a full size spare for those longer distance trips.
I had also replaced all the run other run flats with Bridgestone Potenza RE980 AS+ tires from Costco. They had a $150 discount this month. Happy so far.. |
Appreciate
