Anyone running Schrick or Cat Cams camshafts?

My current bottleneck is my "small" dual turbos, pure stage 2 high flow. I plan on moving to a 6466 in the next year, but I wonder, if I should shift my powerband upward with an upgraded cam...

Is ANYONE running an upgraded cam like the schrik or the cat cams, or know anyone has, who could weigh in on driveability, lag etc?

Now that I have a built motor in the car, how hard is it to install those cams - woudl the motor need to be pulled?

I've seen a few guys online run them, but it sounds like it's a real pain in the butt grinding out the cam covers for clearance so that the larger lobes will clear them.

Seems like there are all kinds of people making huge HP with the stock cams....so what's the benefit of a bigger cam? If you want more power...just throw more boost at it.

What are your power goals?

Around 800. It would be kewl to have a lopey came and a shift point of 7500rpm. I think I’m leaning toward speed tech with a 6466.

I read it was because of modern vanos. You would have to turn it to sound like a big lopey cam'd v8. At least that is what I have read.
