JB4, 2-step, antilag and alot of codes.

This is my first post, so no idea if im posting this right. Please correct me if im wrong.

I have a 2007 335i 6MT with some mods:

JB4
MHD backend flash
7,5" intercooler
Stainless chargepipe
Dual cone filters
3" dowpipes
Full exhaust
Upgraded PCV valve and catch can
98 oct pump gas
(I know 2step and antilag on stock turbos and non etanol fuel is not a great idea, but it was just shit and giggles for a local town show)

I had no issues with either the JB4 or the antilag/2-step until the 2-step would not let me adjust it, and the antilag would kick in every time i hit the brake during a burnout, causing me to lose all momentum and just stop. So i decided to uncheck the antilag and launch control optinons i MHD, but the antilag still worked/did not work as intended (aka no change in behavior).

After that i decided to remove the antilag "chip" from the JB4, and the attached Y-cable, and insert the original one. The 2 step relay and its cables are still attached, but not activated in the software.

When i started the car after this operation, these codes met me in the JB4 app:

2D20 Accelerator pedal module, pedal sensor, plausibility between signal 1 and signal 2.

2C9E Lambda probe heating behind catalytic converter 2, input signal

2C9F Lambda probe heating behind catalytic converter 2, input signal

2EFE Electrical fan, input signal

2F63 Brake light switch, plausibility

2CAA Lambda probe before catalyst, temperature

2F58 (without any further explanation)

2D1B Accelerator pedal module, pedal sensor signal 1

2C3D Lambda probe in front of catalytic converter, control failure

2E8E Intelligent battery sensor, communication

In the MHD app we have:

2C3D
2C9E
2C9F
2CAA
2D1B
2E8E
2EFE
2F58
2F63
2F6C

Were should i start? Remove the JB4 and flash the ecu back to original state and start over? Had no trouble before adding the 2step and antilag
